Who we are
This website is run by The Amplification Machine ("we", "us", "our"), a design and technology studio based in Florida, in the United States. You can reach us at [email protected].
Using the site
You may use this site to learn about our work and to get in touch with us. Please do not:
- use it to break the law or to harm anyone;
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems that are not public, or test them for weaknesses, without our written permission;
- send spam, malware or anything meant to slow the site down or break it;
- copy large parts of the site, or collect it with automated tools in a way that harms or overloads it.
Search engines and answer engines are welcome to read and index the site.
Our work and content
The words, design, code, pictures, videos, 3D scenes, our robot TAM and everything else on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reuse or sell our content, or use our name or TAM to suggest that we endorse something, without our written permission.
The examples are examples
Every brand in our examples is invented. The concept websites, posts, videos and demos on this site show the kind of work we do. They are not client work, endorsements or promises of results.
Quotes and projects
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. We quote every project in writing, and the work, price, schedule and terms are set in that written agreement. If anything in it differs from this page, the written agreement wins.
No guaranteed results
We work hard for our clients, but search engines, answer engines, social platforms and customers make their own decisions. We cannot promise any particular ranking, mention, amount of traffic, number of leads or sales, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of results.

What you read here is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice for your situation.
Other services and links
The site uses or links to services run by others, such as our contact form provider, WhatsApp, Google and social networks. We are not responsible for those services or what is on them, and their own terms apply when you use them.
The Labs
The demos in the Labs are experiments, for fun and exploration. The camera is optional, its video stays on your device, and the demos may change or stop at any time. Use them at your own discretion, and keep the space around you clear while you wave at TAM.
What you send us
When you send us a message, ideas or files, you confirm that you have the right to share them. We use them to reply and to talk with you about your project, as our Privacy Policy describes. If you send us suggestions about the site, we may use them freely.
The site as it is
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. It may sometimes be unavailable, or have mistakes we have not caught yet.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business, that come from using the site. If we are found liable for anything to do with the site, our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
If you misuse the site
If you break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, claims and losses we suffer because of it, including reasonable legal fees.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. Any dispute about the site will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes, and the rest still applies
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
